Welcome to United Church!
We want to invite you personally to become part of our church. On
Sunday mornings, and at times and places throughout the week, we gather
to celebrate God's presence in our lives through the gifts we share as
God's people.
We are a worshiping, learning, caring community. Our
dual-denominational tradition and belief that all people are one in the
family of God, make us an open and welcoming church. We welcome people of
all races and back-grounds to share with us in experiences that will
unleash the God-given potential of our lives.
We offer a style of preaching which encourages people to think
creatively about their faith and to live responsibly in the real world.
Our Sunday worship is multi-generational, music-filled, broadly
participatory; and it is led by both clergy and lay leaders. Children are
encouraged to worship with us.
We encourage direct mission involvement and outreach in the community.
We are involved in hunger and housing ministries, including refugee
resettlement through Jubilee House next door to the church. We support
both local and world-wide missions.
We hope you can sense how excited we are about United

is making a difference in our lives, in our community, and in our world.
