Life-long learning is essential to Christian discipleship. Our education ministries begin in the nursery and continue through high school classes, Adult Forums, and Bible Study in a fully-staffed church school. Christian growth is an ongoing process that is as important for adults as for children and youth. The church also offers occasional midweek small group Bible studies, midweek Lenten programs or Dessert and Dialogue evenings.

Christian Education is offered for all ages including Sunday mornings: Youth Handbell Choir at 8:50 AM, Children's and Cherub Choirs at 9 AM; Church School Classes follow at 9:25 when children in PreK-6th grade gather for opening worship in Room 10. They participate in songs, prayers and an offering for a mission project. The middle school and youth forum classes meet at 9:30 AM. We use Seasons of the Spirit, an ecumenical lectionary-based graded curriculum. Rooms are posted for the grade levels.

Faithsharing: Just as I am - This is my story About once a month there is a time for "Faithsharing" where one or more members talk informally about their faith (usually both classes meet together on these Sundays)

9 AM Adult Bible Study (Women's Lounge)
This class studies a book of the Bible or uses Seasons of the Spirit and other denominational curriculum series; new members always welcome.

9:15 AM Parents Place (downstairs classroom by the Church School)
This is an informal group for parents (grandparents and others), features conversations about the joys and challenges of raising children.

Three age-level committees, Adult Education, Children's Ministries, and Youth Ministries, implement these ministries with church staff in order to help each person grow in faith and understanding of God. Judy Spencer, our Director of Children's Ministries, works with the Children's Ministries Committee and staff to provide leadership and coordination for the Church School.
